The 2018 University Women Fall Brunch was held Saturday, Aug. 25 at the Simpson Building at Simpson Garden Park. All who attended enjoyed delicious food, shared information about the upcoming year of interest group activities, were well informed of what's happening at BGSU by President Rodney Rogers, and were well entertained by the wit and humor of Mr. Tom Walton.
Our fine scholarship recipients, Bonnie Bailey and Courtney Hunt gave very gracious thanks as they spoke about their aspirations as non-traditional female students at BGSU. And our wonderful raffle and silent auction was a rousing success!
Thank you to all who made this annual event such a success!

Photos of the January 2017 meeting of The Travelers at the home of Barbara and Roger Sanchez. A beautiful setting of china, crystal, and lovely Philippine embroidered table dressings graced the presentation of the many travels of the Sanchez family to the Philippines.

Wonderful offerings of delicious appetizers, desserts, and wine on a beautiful fall evening created a wonderful atmosphere for learning about the traveling experiences offered by the International Road Scholar program:

Frank Schemenauer gave a tour of the BGSU Department of Biology Greenhouse to the Garden Club and discussed the variety of plants grown and how they are used by the various departments of the university.
Suzanne Fahrer shared these pictures of the end of the year potluck at Wolfs Blooms and Berries and of the "Downtown Dirt Divas" planting this year's downtown pots:
