We will then carpool to Schedel Gardens, 19255 W. Portage River South Road, Elmore, Ohio 43416. The admission charge for those 60 and over is $11.00. If you are under 60, the admission charge is $12.00.
We will next go to Packer Creek Pottery, 103 E. 8 Street, Genoa, Ohio 43430. Our last stop will be for lunch at Rayz Cafe, 608 Main Street, Genoa, Ohio 43430.
Schedel Gardens can provide a golf cart for those who require it. The cart is driven by a person who provides commentary during the tour. Five people can be accommodated on each cart, and the charge is $25.00 per cart. The cost per person will depend upon how many people are on each cart, and you will pay when you purchase your ticket to enter. I have to reserve the carts by September 8.
Please let Denise Robins ([email protected]) know by September 7 if you will be going, if you are willing to drive, and if you want to ride in a golf cart.

Several members of the Morning Blooms! Garden group went to Baker O’Brien’s and dug gorgeous dahlias. She is drying them in her drying room which is also her glass blowing studio. The heat helps the drying process. She will store and share them with University Women members in the spring!
